How we can help
Every property and project is different. We’ll discuss the job, explain the relevant options and provide a clear path forward.
Power points, dedicated circuits, appliances, architectural lighting, switching and controls planned around how every space will be used.
Data cabling, NBN connection planning and Wi-Fi access-point positions designed into the home before walls are closed.
PoE security cameras, intercoms and electronic gate systems planned with the power, data and entry points they require.
Lighting, climate, blinds and other smart-home controls considered as part of the wider electrical system.
Consumer mains, new connections, supply requirements and metering planned with the rest of the electrical installation.
Steve plans and schedules his electrical work carefully around the builder and other trades through rough-in, fit-off, testing and handover.

Project experience
Current work includes a high-performance Passivhaus in Merewether constructed using cross-laminated timber (CLT). The project requires careful coordination of electrical work within an airtight, highly insulated building system.
